Please review the Construction Guidelines.   A common area to consider, with fences, is that the placement must be on the boundaries of your neighbors' yards.   Further, in general, the forward placement of where the fence connects to your house must allow your neighbor to T-off of that to his house.  The idea is to support a neat / contiguous fence in the future.
